We had a wonderful stay, greatly enjoyed the city and hotel and would like to stay longer. Everything at this affordable property was great as we expected. All of the staff was helpful and exceptionally nice. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Al-Falah Schools 54 bus stop.

The staff were really helpful and extremely friendly, you should know it. That hotel was in a quiet location, close to many attractions. What's more, it was next to Marina di Pietrasanta.

Very friendly owner made our stay even nicer. Although we booked the last room, after the 2nd day we could move to another room with a balcony. The owner supported us with great tips on where to go, what to see and gave us maps and books of the areas we were interested in.
A refrigerator could have been an advantage.

Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome there. It was close to the beach with sand. Everything was relatively clean.
The bathroom made the room smell a little funny.

The hotel owners could not do enough to make our stay worthwhile. The garden and seating areas are a valuable addition to the hotel.A very enjoyable stay.
The single room booked was always hot in spite of the use of the air conditioning. This room was also small and cramped.

I chose this hotel because the others I used to stay before were all full. So I didn't expect to find something special, just a place to stay at the sea-side for a week. It's a family hotel, Francesco and his mum were very kind and polite. The hotel is situated in a rather green zone with lots of pines
Location - very far from the sea and all the places you can it. When I booked it it seemed nearer to the beach that it turned out to be in fact. So be ready to walk 15 minutes to reach the beach and 30-40 min to reach the 1st restaurant. Room - very poor and very old, but the worst is the barthroom where it was almost impossible to take shower as the space is very small and there is a curtain hanging around the shower place which always moves and all the floor gets covered with water. The doors and windows are old that's why you can here every step and every move in the next room or in the street The breakfast is also very poor. Every day the same, in fact you get a cup of coffee, musli, and a cake. I stayed at many hotels and I don't pretend to get something extraodinary for that value but I never stayed in a hotel like this before, and hope will never do again

The owners were very friendly and helpfull. It made our stay even nicer!! Francesco speaks perfectly english and can tell you everything about good restaurants, trips, good wine etc.The room was clean, airconditioned and we had a nice balcony. The hotel is located close to the beach (less then 10 minute walk). Also a few restaurants near by. And you can make several trips to Firenze/Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Cinqe Terre. We had a very pleasant stay.
